You have many demands on your time and attention: from keeping the budget, dealing with parents, mentoring your teachers to managing your school.
You want programs that spell efficiency, effectiveness and enthusiasm. You want your school to be a leader of innovation. Write More products promote daily creative writing and adapt to all learning styles - auditory, visual and kinesthetic. They were developed by talented and dedicated individuals who know the real meaning of "writing more and writing well."
As Washington County Schools strive to incorporate 21st century learning skills into every lesson, we know that writing is an integral component. The use of Write More products has allowed us to easily incorporate writing strategies into every content area. The Student Portfolios provide students easy access to essential vocabulary, allowing them to expand their writing and check correct spelling. Students are given ideas on how to use descriptive words to add depth to their writing. A quick glance at the “Worn-Out Words” and “Transitional Phrases” posters gives students the opportunity to increase the level of complexity in their writing samples. Teachers use Write Dice in all content areas to incorporate critical thinking skills through the use of higher order questioning strategies. Write More Writing Camps have become a spring board for exceptional writing projects. These projects give students an opportunity to develop their creativity, problem solving and presentation skills as they complete a wide variety of tasks associated with the camps.
By incorporating Write More products into the curriculum, we have been able to increase critical thinking skills, enhance both written and oral communication skills through increased vocabulary and encourage creativity through a wide variety of open-ended writing activities. All of these essential skills will be needed by our students as they prepare for a 21st century world.

Writing does not have to be a separate time in the school day.
